Just want to get this out there ahead of the discount. Mike usually offers a 50% discount on sires that are under a couple of hundred points every December. These sire purchases cause me a little chaos. For example a sire that would normally be 120 points is 60 points. This discount does not count for this series. If you purchase a 120 sire share for 60 points I will reject the horse from entry into the series and yes I can tell with a high percentage of certainty if the sire share received a discount. If I have any doubt I will reject despite receiving a screen shot of the sire shares.
The idea here is to breed cheap runners, not get discounted 200 point sires half off and try to squeeze in a ringer.
Many of you are going to get sire shares during this time just make sure that the "normal" cost of the breeding is within the rules of the series. Any sires that cost 101 points or more would never be able to be part of a bargain pedigree. I feel like over the years I have had a really honest and good group of people that have not tried to take advantage or slip one by me. I appreciate that but I also want you to be aware and understand if I reject a runner. Thanks
If you have any questions about this let me know.

He started them now. So please take a close look at sire prices over the next few weeks.

Thanks Morgan. I'm probably done with bargains for the year and have used up all my saved shares. I might do a couple of 30 pointers, so no problem there.
