Thanks guys! Hope that's not the end of the road for Eagle View now that we're going longer; don't know if he'll see out the mile. Can't complain with his form so far though.

Nope you must be tempted to try to knock off a graded sprint (or at least open stakes) since its a very nice one.

Nope you must be tempted to try to knock off a graded sprint (or at least open stakes) since its a very nice one. Yep, tempted. He already has an open stakes win and failed in a Gr3. The Bargain Series only has the two 1 mile races left at the stakes level (4477 and 4512). Maybe I'll try another GR race in 4477 and then have a go at the bargain mile on BB day.

yes good job boys the bargain racing has really picked up this season im lovin it. good thing about bargains is you race and know the same ppl and horses doesnt happen much in open racing

Hmm, forced change of plans.
There is only one graded dirt sprint for 2 year olds coming up for the rest of the season(!) and it is in week 4512, the same as the Bargain Bowl day. I'll have a go at the Ginger Ale over a mile in 4477. If Eagle View stays, then I can go for the BB mile. If not, I can go for the open Gr3 sprint.
